Albany Softball Training hitting lessons are designed to help softball players of all ages maximize their physical abilities by building a strong foundation in hitting fundamentals — and pairing that with the right mental approach at the plate

Infield & Outfield lessons 

Albany Softball Training infield and outfield lessons focus on developing strong defensive fundamentals — including footwork, positioning, and situational awareness. Players learn how to improve their defensive IQ and make smarter plays through private, group, or team lessons designed to build confidence and consistency on the field
